We are a talent agency. We represent and manage people who cannot be replaced — not by AI, not by robotics, not by the prevailing logic of business and capital — and whose worth only rises in this new age. We are also a studio, because representation alone is not enough.

The studio designs and builds up projects, businesses and collaborations that raise the value of the people on our roster. The agency is who we are; the studio is how. So above all, we focus on the success of our own talents.

Two kinds, and only two.

Creative talent — people whose work comes from somewhere a machine cannot reach and capital cannot commission. Not skilled operators; execution is exactly what AI is already good at and getting better at. What cannot be copied is the origin of the work: the perspective it comes from, the taste that edits it, the judgment that knows when it is right.

Leadership talent — the decision-makers. Founders, and the people who will become founders. A machine can generate options; it cannot carry the weight of choosing one and standing behind it. Deciding under uncertainty, and being trusted while doing it, stays human. We manage them globally and act as their agents.

Both are irreplaceable for the same reason. As AI and robotics absorb execution, what is left is what neither can hold: the origin of the work, and the weight of the decision.

Because mortality is not the end but the reason. We are finite, so we make, we love, we leave something behind, and we live our fullest without regret. The name is a paradox — death is not the end, only the end of a round. Every ending begins the next, and for our talents we design and build up that next round. Two lines carry it. The life for death: to those nearing an end, a new life. New For The Olds: to all that already stands, a new story.

We look for one thing above all, then four ways of carrying it. The one thing is exceptional, singular talent — the price of entry, not the qualification. The four are Borderless Reach (crosses borders without limit; open to the new and the unfamiliar), Self-Ignition (aims high and far, lights the fire from nothing, and is certain the greatest achievement is still ahead rather than behind), Fruitful Commonwealth (creates real commercial value, and creates jobs and prosperity far beyond their own gain), and Collective Horizon (genuinely collaborative and a force multiplier — the projects we aim at are too vast to reach alone). Beneath all of it we test for integrity, and for what only a mortal, irreplaceable human holds: perspective, taste, judgment, trust.
