Irreplaceable Talent
The work a machine can imitate but never originate. We represent them, and design the projects that raise what they are worth.

Know It Now is IWBFD’s go-to-market service — the one that turns a proven talent or brand into a live business in a new market. We don’t consult from the sidelines. We read the market, design the entry, and open the first doors ourselves — in New York and across the Tri-State, where the first rounds of a borderless business are won or lost. For talent and brands crossing into the U.S., Know It Now is how landing becomes traction: the groundwork, the introductions, and the first real customers.

Curated Brand Shop
BigCeed
BigCeed is a curated brand shop with a cause. We reach out to brands of every kind, curate the products worth carrying, and bring them together in one place. A share of every sale goes to nonprofits standing with communities hit by earthquakes and other natural disasters — so an ordinary purchase becomes real support on the ground. No category is off the table. Any brand can be curated here; what they share is simple — buying their product helps someone rebuild. We handle the contact, the curation, and the storytelling that makes people want to buy for a reason. What was ending becomes a beginning — for the makers we carry, and for the people they help.

Talents' Works
Let Us Tell Your Story
This initiative is built to realize the theory and vision of Thomas Kim, author of Brand Activism. Created in partnership with him, its core purpose is to manage, develop, and build up the projects that bring his ideas to life — translating his framework into tangible, real-world execution. Going beyond the insight-only event, it takes shape as a multifaceted platform — part conference, part workshop, part showcase — designed to show how brands can genuinely change the world, reshape society, and shift real perceptions. We provide the management and project build-out that turns Thomas Kim’s theory into action, uniting commercial ambition with social impact on a regular, ongoing basis.

Know It Now
Know It Now is how a proven brand, solution, or talent actually lands in the U.S. — not just advice, but the people who run it on the ground. Based in the New York Tri-State area, KIN both sells its own deals and operates the deals others bring. We take a product that works somewhere else and make it work here: market entry, the first customers, and the day-to-day operations that keep a deal alive after the handshake. For partners crossing into the U.S. market, that split is the point — you focus on the product and the sale; we handle landing it and running it. From first door to steady operation, Know It Now turns “someday in America” into live business.

Forest 101
For artists, entertainers, and athletes whose first career ended early or ran into a wall — not the stars, but the ones facing failure, setback, or uncertainty. Their talent is real; what ended was only a round. We turn what the first career forged — the discipline, the stage experience, the tempering of competition — into new irreplaceable value. Some become founders; others flourish as solo creatives. We design and build up these ventures with venture-studio partners, never alone.

Sim Eternal City Project
Sim Eternal City is a Future City Storytelling Framework by Paul Joseph J. Kang that reimagines how humans can live, work, and age with dignity as three forces collide: climate crisis, extreme longevity, and technological change. Its first citizens are elderly people displaced by climate collapse — not dependents, but the builders of the city. Its second citizens are humanoid robots, recognized as citizens in their own right. Together they inhabit a Floating City built from four decommissioned cruise ships (the "four-ship" model) that runs alongside the existing Land City rather than replacing it. Life runs on an 18-Minute City (15 + 3): 15 minutes of AI- and robot-run essentials, plus 3 minutes for memory, learning, and passing on legacy. Two pillars anchor it — the Life Tree Nexus (a digital "open museum" of human memory that also employs residents and generates revenue) and No Stone Tombstone (space-efficient death care that frees urban land for housing). The plan starts with New York (Red Hook), targets a Floating City prototype by 2040 and a "Floating Borough" by 2080, and aims to spread to coastal cities worldwide. Slogan: "New for the Olds."
