A Future City Storytelling Framework

The climate crisis is a limit of space — it takes the ground we stand on. The longevity society is a shift in time — it leaves us years no one prepared for. Both arrive at once in the coastal city: roughly 150 of them worldwide, all steadily losing their land.

Sim Eternal City is a floating city built from four decommissioned cruise ships, reborn as anchors of space, time, humanity, and hope and linked in a diamond structure. It is not a floating nursing home for wealthy elders, nor an ark for the chosen few. It is the story of older people who lost their homes and became the agents who design and sustain the future city.

The first chapter opened in Red Hook, Brooklyn. What follows is the record of that world.
