IWBFD Studios (I Was Born For Death Studios) — The Irreplaceable Talent Agency × Creative Project Design Studio — is honored to announce that Thomas HongTack Kim, one of the world's most recognized Creative Solutionists, has signed with the studio. This is more than a talent agreement: Thomas will found Creative ACT Collective under IWBFD Studios.

About Thomas HongTack Kim

Thomas is a Creative Solutionist, founder of the '2kg' Creative Solution Lab, and CCO & Partner at the creative agency 'Paulus.' He serves on the International Board of Directors of The One Club for Creativity and as a board member of AdFest, and was formerly ECD of the Creative Innovation Group at Cheil Worldwide. Working across Seoul, New York, Beijing, and Shanghai, he has specialized in designing digital, social, and CSR platforms that turn environmental and social challenges into practical solutions — in partnership with UN organizations, NGOs, corporations, and universities. His honors include 'Creator of the Year' (Campaign Asia-Pacific), a Top 10 ECD worldwide ranking (Big Won), and a Presidential Citation for his contribution to Korea's advertising industry. He has judged and chaired at Cannes Lions, The One Show, D&AD, LIA, Clio, and beyond — including as inaugural judge of the SDG Pencil and its Jury President.

Creative ACT Collective positions itself as a meta-agency within the creative industry. In parallel, Thomas is preparing the Creative ACT Summit, built on the foundation of his book on brand activism.
